As an NDIS-registered provider, we follow the Privacy Act 1988(Cth) and the strict standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. This policy explains how we look after your information when you use our website or reach out to our team.

We collect information only when it helps us provide better support or meet our legal duties as a registered provider.

• Comments: If you leave a comment on our site, we collect the details shown in the form, plus your IP address and browser info to help us stop spam.
• Enquiry & Referral Forms: When you ask about disability services in Wollongong or the Illawarra, we collect your name and contact details. This allows us to get back to you and discuss how we can best support your specific goals.
• Media: If you upload photos to the site, please check that they don’t have location data attached. This helps keep your location private from other web visitors.

We use cookies to make our website easier for you to use.

• If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name and email. This is just for your convenience so you don’t have to type them in next time. These last for one year.
• If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to see if your browser is ready for them. This doesn’t contain personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.

We do not sell your personal details. We only share information when it is necessary to:

• Coordinate your support: For example, talking with your Support Coordinator or the NDIS Commission (always with your consent).
• Keep things secure: Such as including your IP address in a password reset email if you request one.
• Prevent spam: We use automated services to check that comments are genuine.

• Comments: We retain comments and details for 7 years (or until the participant relationship ends) to meet NDIS record-keeping standards and approve legitimate follow-up messages automatically. After this period, data is securely deleted unless legally required longer.
• User Profiles: If you register on our site, we store the info you provide in your profile. You can see, change, or delete your personal info at any time.

You are always in charge of your information. You can:

1. Ask for a copy: Request a file of the personal data we hold about you.
2. Ask us to delete it: Request that we erase your personal data. Please note: We cannot delete information that we are legally required to keep for NDIS auditing, safety, or administrative reasons
